Booking conditions and Cancellation
A booking is considered confirmed upon receival of 25% non-refundable
deposit on our bank account. Only the amount actually arrived on our
bank account shall be considered as paid (transfer costs are to be
paid for by the client). The balance must be paid at the arrival at
the hotel. |
Personal insurance
It is strongly recommended that all clients are individually insured.
This travel insurance should cover personal accident, medical expenses
and repatriation, trip cancellation and loss of personal effects.
Make sure your insurer is aware of the type of travel to be undertaken. |
Liability
Evergreen Hotel and its agents act only as agents of the passengers
in all matters relating to hotel accomodation, tours, transport etc.
and shall not be liable for injury, delays, loss or damage in any
manner. The company's liability to passengers carried in its own vehicle
is governed by the laws of Zanzibar and no other country. All claims
are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which
the action arises. The company reserves the right to employ sub-contractors
for all or part of the services. In the event of such right the terms
of this will apply. While every care is taken, the company cannot
be held responsible for loss or damage to luggage. |
